The Purposes of this Corporation shall be:
To foster and encourage the civic betterment of its members as property owners in our Development.
Also, to unify efforts of members in maintaining, improving, and protecting the value of their properties in our Development.
To establish, maintain, and operate, social and recreational activities solely for the mutual advantages and benefits to be gained by its members and "not for profit".
Definitions:
Property Owner's Association (POA): A Property Owner's Association allows residentially and commercially zoned lots join the membership.
Home Owner's Association (HOA): A Home Owner's Association allows residentially zoned lots join the membership.
